Judge Tracey Ann Mason-White

Judge Tracey Ann (Mason) White, 47, of Milan, Missouri, passed away at her home surrounded by family on Sunday, December 15, 2024.

Tracey was born on May 17, 1977, in Milan, to Dewey and Charlene (Waniska) Mason. She grew up in Milan, graduating from Milan C-2 High School in 1995. She then went to Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri before transferring to UMKC. Tracey then went to the University of Denver where she received her Doctorates degree in Law. She practiced law in Milan for Bill Phillips for many years before becoming the Associate Circuit Court Judge for the past 12 years.

On October 23, 2004 Tracey married her husband Brian White who survives, also surviving are: three children, Kyla White, Jacob White and Marcus White, all of Milan; parents, Dewey and Charlene Mason of Milan; brothers, Danny (Rhonda) Simpson of Milan and Lonnie Simpson of Milan; niece, Gracie Simpson; In-Laws, Larry and Glenda White of Milan; a sister-in-law, Leslie and husband Joe McCabe of Milan; brother-in-law, Brad and wife Sherri White of Milan; nieces and nephews, Josh (Samantha) McCabe, Sheena (Brett) Smith, Derick (Sierra) White, Colton (Maddie) White; several great nephews, great nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A service for Judge Mason-White will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 19, 2024, at the Milan Christian Church in Milan, Missouri. Burial will follow at the White Oak Cemetery, South of Milan, Missouri. A visitation is scheduled for 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday evening at the Milan Christian Church. Ruschmeier-Smith Funeral Home in Milan is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Brian White to go towards a future scholarship fund.
