Gertrude Louise “DeeDee” Yardley, 89 of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024, at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri.
DeeDee was born on February 25, 1935, in Milan, Missouri, to Clarence and Emaline (Richardson) Kain.
DeeDee is survived by two brothers, Charles Kain of Milan and Ed Kain of Milan, a sister, Carolyn (Larry) Magee of Milan and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ora Yardley; son, David Yardley; brothers, Curtis Richardson and Duane Kain and niece, Lori Truitt.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Scobee Cemetery near Pollock, Missouri. Ruschmeier-Smith Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
