Louise B. (Withrow) Huggins, 81, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.
Born August 9, 1943 in Livonia, Missouri, Louise was the daughter of the late Clarence Leroy and Nina Bernice (Ray) Withrow. She was also preceded in death by one son, Gerald Eugene Mullins; three brothers, Ruben and Parker Withrow, and Darl Shrake; and two sisters, Margery Dean and Dorothy Cornelison. She was united in marriage to Carrol Mullins who preceded her in death, and later married James Huggins who also preceded Louise in death.
Louise is survived by one son, David Mullins of Bradenton, FL; one daughter and son-in-law, Gina Louise and Steve Cavins of Rock Island, IL; one brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Brenda Withrow of Knob Noster, MO; two sisters, Sandra Dunaway of Kirksville, MO, and Debra Swann of Knox City, MO; seven grandchildren, Michael Cavins, David Mullins, Samantha Mullins, Melissa Cavins, Jen Looney, Cody Mullins, and Jeremy Mullins; eight great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor Norman Keller officiating. Interment will follow the service at Novinger Cemetery in Novinger, Missouri.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to service time in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home.
