Floyd Henry Sanders, 63, died Saturday, July 27, 2024 in Moberly, MO. Floyd was born March 24, 1961 in Peoria, IL, the son of James Floyd and Doris Avenell (Woolridge) Sanders.
Floyd is survived by a daughter Bridget Lair of Braidwood, IL, sisters Doris Louise Sanders of Jacksonville, Fl, Sharon Hempen and Lillie Overholt both of Canton, IL, two grandchildren Eryn (Thomas) Gavin, Jayla Skinner and a great grandson to be born in November. He was preceded in death by his parents, and infant brother James Floyd Sanders, Jr.
A service will be held October 19th at 1pm until sundown at his home at 11593 Main Street, LaPlata, MO. Entombment of cremains will follow at Prairie Valley Cemetery in Salisbury, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to Prairie Hill Cemetery Association.
