Bobby Holt, 86, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Friday, July 19, 2024 at The Pines in Kirksville.
Born April 8, 1938 in Novinger, Missouri, Bobby was the late son of Frank William and Mary Marie (Skender) Holt. On May 25, 1957 in Kirksville, Missouri, Bobby was united in marriage to Donna Lou Starks who preceded him in death on January 14, 2024. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Darrell “Gene” Holt, Joe Holt and his twin brother, Bill Holt; and one sister, Margie Sellers.
Bobby is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Carol Holt of Columbia, MO; one daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Bill Burton of Cassville, MO; sister-in-law, Carol Holt of Kirksville, MO; four grandchildren, Alisha (Neil) Dromey and Shaun (Angela) Holt all of Kirksville, MO, and Josh (Juanita) Burton and Nicole (Terrill) Craft all of Cassville, MO; nine great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2024 with family receiving friends before the service in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor James Maxey and Pastor Darrel Draper officiating. Interment will follow the service at Park View Memorial Gardens in Kirksville.
